Pipite's legal team has until 12 noon Thursday July 2 to try to put forward a case. It was agreed yesterday evening, by consent of the lawyers of both sides, that if the appeal has not been determined by 12 noon on Thursday, the Parliament sitting must be re-instated by the Speaker by 4 pm Thursday 2 July.
