So when a group of New Zealanders kindly stepped in to help, providing sewing lessons and machines that the women could use to upgrade their sewing skills, they jumped at the chance. With their newfound skills, the women have created a range of professional products to sell as a way of raising funds to repair their church building. Available today (Monday, March 21st) in front of the Port Vila Post Office from 9am are high-quality table runners, napkins, bags, aprons, christmas stockings for sale that will make wonderful, unique gifts and souvenirs.
